FAQ

What’s all this about?!
At The Karaoke Hole, we can’t wait to make you a star for the night! No private booths here, just one glorious stage with all the trimmings! Our fabulous drag host will be on hand all night to set the mood with smoke machines, special effects and professional-level lighting rig to make your three minutes of fame truly SPECTACULAR! Book a table early on before 9:30pm, or join us later for a chaotic karaoke free-for-all, which runs until the early hours.
How do the bookings work?
Book a table to secure your spot with us for karaoke chaos and cocktails! We charge £10 per person and the table is yours for the whole night!

For your birthday, enga(y)gement or any special occasion we offer pre-order options including prosecco, pitchers and pizza.

For groups of 20 or more, contact sing@thekaraokehole.com to enquire.

Please note, you are not required to book to come along for karaoke – we accept walk-ins all night, subject to capacity. Without booking you are unlikely to get a seated area on the night.
What is the cancellation policy?
For any cancellations of large bookings with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, the booking fee is non-refundable.

The same applies to the pizza preorders - these are paid for when you book and are fully refundable for any cancellations up to 48 hours ahead of your slot.

We send out reminders ahead of all bookings.
Do you take private bookings?
We sure do! Please email sing@thekaraokehole.com to enquire about booking the entire venue for your special event.
What on earth is an LGBTQ+ powered venue?
At The Karaoke Hole many of our staff, performers and customers identify as queer and LGBTQ+ so is important that everyone feels comfortable and safe. If you think that any member of your group might not understand this, or is likely to make our hosts or queer customers and staff feel unsafe or uncomfortable, this is not the venue for you. Please do not touch drag queens. Do not make assumptions about peoples gender or sexuality. We do not tolerate homophobia, misogyny, racism or harassment.
How much is entry?
Cabaret and theatre events are ticketed individually. Karaoke entry is £10 on Fridays and Saturdays. In the case of a special event, this may be subject to change.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes, we are an 21+ Venue, ID will be checked. Valid passport or driving license accepted. No ID, no entry.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Fri & Sat 7pm - late, plus some special weeknight events. Check out our events page for more info.
